PROJECTS FOR THE FUTURE
Among several projects, that are
included in the Global Plan, we can emphasize:
-The Project of the Interpretation Centre of the Mining
Works, restoring
a Cornish Engine Houses set and reproducing the steam technology in cooperation with the
Public Works Department.
-The Tourist Adaptation of the San Andrés Mine is still
waiting the
action of the Town Council of Guarromán.
-The Security works in mining sites is agreed with the
Authorities.
- The project to recover the operating of the
Mining Railway line Linares
– Los Salidos, about 12 kilometres long.
-The construction of a Mine for visits.
-Several projects about the not
material culture (documentation centre, oral history, publications, …).
